We invite you to read our privacy policy to understand how your data will be processed within the scope of the travel contract you have entered into or are entering into with us (\u201cContract\u201d). It might seem minor, but if you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us. Below, you will find information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (\u201cGDPR\u201d). If you are booking a trip for another person or on behalf of your friends, please remember that you are obliged to provide them with all the information contained in this policy and in any other communications\/documents we send you. For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, you can write to us by mail to our head office or by e-mail to hello@outdoo.it.\n<\/li>\n<li><b>What data do we process and how do we collect it?<br><\/b>You are in control of your personal data. We will only process the data and information that we collect together or that you provide to us directly\u2014for example, photos taken during the trip, information in the forms you fill out, or files and documents you need to send us to participate in the trip.  <br>To be more precise, Outdoo will process:\n<ul>\n<li>personal details, tax information, and bank account details as necessary for the execution of the Contract (e.g., information in the registration form, scan of identity document, phone number, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>data relating to your relationship with Outdoo, such as your athletic abilities, previous travel experiences, any feedback or suggestions, comments on social networks, and data contained in your other communications, etc.;<\/li>\n<li>your image and voice as they appear from time to time in photos and videos collected or processed as part of the trip and the related Contract, and any other related information (e.g., social media posts, statistics, and insights on social media platforms, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>your physical and mental condition to assess your suitability to take part in the trip and, if applicable, other information regarding your health status to the extent strictly necessary to execute the Contract (e.g., food intolerances, special requests regarding the activities provided, etc.).<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>For what purposes do we process your data?<br><\/b>We want to be clear: we will only process your data for the following purposes:\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration-line: underline;\">Management of the contractual relationship <br><\/span>Your personal data will be processed as necessary to establish and execute the Contract with Outdoo and to allow us to organize and complete the trip you will participate in. The legal basis is the necessity to fulfill obligations related to the contractual relationship established with Outdoo (Art. 6, para. 1, point (b) GDPR) and, to the extent that you provide Outdoo with data regarding your health status (para. 2. d) above), the processing of such category of data will take place based on Art. 9, para. 2, point (a) GDPR. We also remind you that the very nature of the trip implies, as an essential element of the Contract, the collection, processing, and online and\/or offline publication of photos and videos that may include you. We have a legitimate interest (Art. 6, para. 1, point (f) GDPR) in publishing images to promote our activities and show others the experiences lived during our trips; however, we invite you to let us know at any time if you wish to avoid such publication, and we will take steps not to use material that includes you.    <\/li>\n<li><i><\/i><span style=\"text-decoration-line: underline;\">Compliance with legal obligations<br><\/span>Your data will be processed to comply with the legal obligations applicable to Outdoo from time to time, which, by way of example, may include filing tax returns, obtaining insurance coverage, requesting visas and entry authorizations for foreign countries, etc. The legal basis for processing is the obligation to comply with legal obligations to which Outdoo is subject (Art. 6, para. 1, point (c) GDPR). \n<p>In both cases above, processing is necessary to fulfill obligations related to the Contract and\/or arising from the law; failure to provide the data will therefore make it impossible to establish the contractual relationship and\/or continue it correctly.<\/p>\n<p>For the sake of completeness, we inform you that your data may also be processed to (i) defend and\/or take legal action in the interest of Outdoo and\/or a third party, and\/or (ii) within the scope of any extraordinary corporate transactions involving Outdoo. In such cases, processing will take place based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6, para. 1, point (f) GDPR) and, where possible, we will provide you with a specific privacy policy to supplement this document.   <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>To whom do we disclose your data?<br><\/b>Your personal data will be disclosed to or processed by the following parties:\n<ul>\n<li>authorized Outdoo personnel, specifically instructed on the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n<li>authorities and third parties involved in the fulfillment of legal obligations;<\/li>\n<li>service providers, outsourcers, and, more generally, third parties that support Outdoo in the execution of the Contract;<\/li>\n<li>participants in trips organized in execution of the Contract;<\/li>\n<li>unidentifiable third parties (e.g., users of <i>social media<\/i> platforms, internet users, etc.) to the extent that they view multimedia content published <i>online<\/i> and <i>offline<\/i>.\n<p>Depending on the case, these parties will act as independent data controllers or as data processors under Outdoo&#8217;s instructions. We invite you to contact us for more information on this point. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Data transfers outside the European Economic Area <br><\/b>Your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (\u201cEEA\u201d) if this is necessary for the execution of the Contract\u2014for example, because you are traveling to a non-European destination. In this case, the transfer will take place in accordance with applicable regulations, and the recipients of the data will be subject to protection and security obligations similar to those we guarantee you.  We invite you to contact us for more information.\n<\/li>\n<li><b>How we process data and how long we keep it<br><\/b>In general terms, for the entire duration of the Contract, we process your data using both analog and digital tools. Subsequently, we may keep them for a maximum period of 10 years to comply with retention obligations and to protect our rights. In any case, at the end of the maximum retention period, we will always proceed to permanently delete your data. More detailed information regarding retention periods is available upon request by contacting the Controller at the contact details provided in this policy.\n<p>Please remember that multimedia content published on social media or other media may be accessible indefinitely. If you contact us to request the removal of content, we will always delete content directly managed by Outdoo and will do our best to achieve the same result with any third parties.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, we remind you that to ensure effective organization and the best success of the trip, we will create a WhatsApp group where you can meet other participants and receive logistical and organizational information regarding the chosen activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>What are your rights?<br><\/b>Privacy regulations grant you specific rights\u2014listed below\u2014which you can exercise at any time:\n<ul>\n<li>obtain confirmation from Outdoo as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, obtain access to it;<\/li>\n<li>obtain without delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and the integration of incomplete personal data;<\/li>\n<li>obtain, in the cases provided for, the deletion of your data; obtain the restriction of processing, where possible;<\/li>\n<li>request the portability of the data provided to Outdoo\u2014that is, to receive it in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, also for the purpose of transmitting such data to another controller, in all cases where this is required by law;<\/li>\n<li>withdraw your consent or, if the processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, object to the processing unless specific exceptions apply;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>lodge a complaint with the privacy authority in the Member State where you habitually reside, work, or where you believe a violation has occurred and\/or seek a judicial remedy.
