OUTDOO trips are fixed-date trips and are confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of participants. The more people who book, the sooner the trip is confirmed! <\/p>

Fear not, however: if, within 30 days of departure, the trip does not reach the minimum number and is cancelled, we will refund the full amount paid, even if the cancellation conditions have expired.<\/p>

To find out what stage your trip is in, you can look at the trip page and check what stage it is in if:<\/p>

Incoming<\/b>: <\/em>We are working out the final details, but we are almost there. Leave your email and we’ll write you as soon as the dancing starts. And no, it won’t be a slow dance: we run, we pedal, we ski here.<\/span><\/p>

Bookable: <\/em><\/strong>The trip is online and bookable. The departure is not yet confirmed, but the first ones are already warming up their engines. If you want to be there, block your spot now. Legends move early. <\/p>

Confirmed: <\/em><\/strong>We have reached the minimum number, it’s off for real. Now you can plan your arrival and start tuning in with the right energy. The group is there. The adventure is calling.<\/span><\/p>

Last places: <\/em><\/strong>We’re almost there: the trip is one step away from being sold out. If you falter, watch out: know that you risk being left watching from the sidelines. Decide now or only regret will remain.<\/span><\/p>

Sold out: <\/em><\/strong>This trip is gone. All full, all booked up. If you want to get back in, leave your email and we’ll write you if a spot opens up. It happens. Each trip is confirmed once a minimum number of participants is reached.<\/p>

If your trip is not confirmed, we will notify you by email before departure.<\/p>

In this case, we will refund 100% of the amount paid for the reservation. To ensure an exclusive, authentic and personalized experience, our groups consist of a limited number of participants. The minimum and maximum number varies depending on the trip, the Legend involved and the destination. <\/p>

On our trips, room sharing is the standard. Most of our accommodations are in double rooms but it depends on the type of trip. The type of room is always indicated in the trip description. <\/p>

If you are traveling alone,<\/strong> rooms are assigned according to the gender of the participants. We try to guarantee separate beds, but in some destinations there may be double beds to share. This information is also always specified in the trip description. <\/p>

If<\/strong> you are traveling with a friend or partner<\/strong> and would like to share a room with your traveling companion, you can indicate this in the notes of your order.<\/p>
