Lorenzo Lotti is a runner, coach and founder of Sempre di Corsa, a project dedicated to athletic preparation and popularization in the running world. For years he has been following athletes of different levels, helping them to improve their performance and to approach running with a conscious approach, combining method and experience in the field.
Born in Forli in 1986 and with a degree in exercise science, he has a significant competitive past, with numerous victories in marathon and long-distance races. Notable achievements include winning the Verdi Marathon with a personal best of 2h30’26”, several victories in national marathons and participation in international competitions such as the New York Marathon and the 100 km del Passatore. In 2022, he also set a Guinness World Record by running a marathon pushing his son’s stroller, finishing first in the category and second overall.
In addition to his competitive activities, Lorenzo works as a trainer and coach, accompanying runners and athletes in preparing for races and personal goals, with an approach that focuses on progression, technique, and awareness.
